Would recommend for a short stayover

Comfortable room, friendly staff, offering convenient amenities such as free wi-fi and good breakfast options, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Kingdom Center, within walking distance.

Thank you very much, so I would stay here again. It's well-maintained and great hotel with excellent location in another taxi. The staff are really helpful and particularly helpful, giving their best to make the stay a REALLY ENJOYABLE experience.

The lack of a shower door leads to water splashing everywhere!!! Hot water takes forever to flow out!!! Tight spaces and poorly maintained carpets lead to an overall unpleasant environment!!!

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, giving us a relaxing way to unwind together. The breakfast selection was diverse, catering well to picky eaters. Our Junior Queen Suite offered great space for our large family.

My kids wished there was a proper bathroom door to help with splashes during bath time.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the Kingdom Center and a friendly neighborhood that felt safe to explore even at night. The staff consistently were really nice. They were attentive and helpful, responding quickly when I needed assistance. The jumbo prawns served late at the restaurant were an unexpected treat. The breakfast selection could use more variety, and staff could improve by offering luggage assistance.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room with a Sofa. The bed was super comfy, and the room was spacious. Overall comfort was good, but I noticed the cleanliness could really use some work. Plus, the decor felt a bit dated. The WiFi worked fine, great for getting some work done. No issues with noise, so I could relax. Just some little things that could improve the experience.
